Returns
Our return policy is valid for 3 days after delivery.
If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- It must be in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order details)

You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We will notify you via email
- We will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be sent to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit/debit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing may take time)

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items can be refunded
- Sale items are not refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
- Customers must pay return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
