Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from MrFlawless.


Returns

Our return policy is valid for 3 days after delivery.
If 3 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • It must be in original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order details)

When You Can Request a Return

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

Provide your order details and reason for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you via email
  • We will inform you if your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be sent to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing may take time)

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded
  • Sale items are not refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Send the product to:
Office #05, 3rd Floor, Noor Plaza, 6th Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan


Return Shipping

  • Customers must pay return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund

For expensive items:

  • Use a trackable courier service
  • Consider shipping insurance

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
